Well we had a very social week. Sat we went to my great nephew Loch's second birthday, and had a fun time.visiting and of course eating too much.On Sunday we had a lovely brunch with Neta , Jennifer and Ty Funderburk, and Jean who actually made it by noon,even though she had to stay up all night!.It was the end of a lovely birthday week..and I thank everyone for making it such a fun week. It certainly was not the way I thought that I would be celebrating, but then life seems to be full of surprises these days.
This morning we met with the surgeon and two other doctors..and now have a pretty good idea of whats in front of us.It looks like the surgery will be the end of May, and radiation will start the end of June. The surgeon said they usually like to wait 4 weeks after the end of chemo.. to let the body recover.and I finish chemo April 26th..
So thats the news of the day...
good to have an update! and glad the birthday parties were loads of fun!! good to have a better idea of when the surgery is - even tho it must be hard to always be visiting yet another doctor. egads.

Well, now you know the schedule. Probably easier to just take it one day at a time so as not to be overwhelmed. You have such a great attitude. Glad you were able to enjoy friends and family during your birthday week. Love, hugs and healing energy to you. MJ & Bill
