we received a phone message today from our onc saying the MRI scan of d's brain was clear. that is good news. the same message said there were two very small tumor spots on the outside of the base of the scull. since we don't recall d having a brain/scull MRI scan before, we're not certain if the new findings are really "new". there have been no symptoms which might have indicated the "new" tumors. we will see the radiation onc monday to discuss the new findings as well as the small liver tumor. we will see our regular onc next thursday when d starts the new regimen chemo.
